MATCHPLAY PROCEDURE

1. The challenger is the lower named person in any round.

2. The challenger is to contact their next opponent as soon as possible to arrange a mutually agreeable date. 

3. Contact details for your opponent can be fouund in the MEMBERS - MEMBER DETAILS section. You must log-in first to access this section.

4. Challenger and opponent should give each other as much notice and available time as possible to ensure the match is played.

5. If the match isn't played by the scheduled date then the Match Secretary reserves the right to move through the challenger if the challenger has made a reasonable attempt to arrange the match.

RECORDING WINNER and REVIEWING ROUNDS

1. The winner of the tie is responsible for reporting the result to the Match Secretary.
